Our collective
In 2018, we were 7 co-founders in Paris, driven by a desire: to break the codes of service companies. With this simple ambition, placing humanity at the center, we wanted to imagine an employee experience that was at once differentiated, engaging, and co-built with our collaborators. The fulfillment of our eXalté.e.s nourishes the performance of our clients. We strive to offer these clients the best talents, united within a committed and daring collective. Born from a clear manifesto, collaboration, documentation, and test & learn, our organization constantly evolves, true to this spirit of openness and experimentation that has driven us from the beginning. Today, we are 1,500 eXalté.es present in France and internationally, united by the same desire: to continue learning, sharing, and growing, together.
