Test and learn

It’s about constantly reinventing ourselves to adjust our processes and rituals to the reality of our internal needs and those of our clients. Every project is an opportunity to experiment, improve, and sometimes make mistakes. We apply “test and learn” daily: each of our actions is a learning experience.

Doocracy

It fosters and promotes initiative. It involves bringing the freedom of action to the level that is acting. It implies not being burdened by a heavy hierarchical structure or complex processes, preferring instead simple and effective team rituals.

Collaboration

“Relying solely on oneself is risking mistakes”. Collaboration is working together, achieving common goals, confronting and validating hypotheses, learning from others, and enjoying sharing. It requires listening, identifying winning behaviors and results.

eXaltemps

Three times a year, we gather our eXalté.es to bring them together to develop their network, enhance their skills, and create connections outside of their mission. At the local, national, or international level, it is a privileged moment, becoming our flagship ritual.

eXaltplan

The true catalyst for the life of our expertise communities, the eXaltplan that brings together all roles in our organization each semester. Their mission is to align their action plans, coordinate the communities' projects, and strengthen the collective dynamic.

These are internal projects carried out by autonomous groups of eXalté·es. The purpose is to develop their skills and collaborate, learn constantly, and contribute to the visibility of eXalt. Real places for sharing and collective intelligence, the investment in an initiative is valued. It is the very embodiment of our do-ocracy pillar.

eXalt Academy

Through self-training or with a trainer, we provide a catalog of training for each expertise. We strengthen career management by offering training adapted to tomorrow's challenges, improving employability, and best supporting our eXalté.e.s in their mobility aspirations.

Mentor App in house

With our Mentor App, each consultant.e benefits from personalized coaching by passionate mentors. The application facilitates exchanges, knowledge sharing, and goal tracking.
