Since our inception, we have been conscious of environmental, social, and societal issues. Our collective builds a virtuous ecosystem of partners with our clients, suppliers, and partners with whom we develop complementary responsible approaches. Internally, our dedicated CAP (Circle of Positive Actions) community sensitizes and encourages our eXaltés to get involved and build a sustainable responsible model. eXalt supports several associations through skills-based patronage. An opportunity for our eXalté.es to engage and contribute to solving current social and environmental challenges, in various forms: technical missions related to their professional skills or field missions.
Our donation drives are powerful moments where everyone can contribute, in their own way, to support public health causes or help the most vulnerable. More than just a simple donation, it's a collective gesture that brings us together and gives concrete meaning to our commitment to placing the human at the center of everything.
Born from the ambition to bring our scattered eXalté.es together in the World, the Motivember is a race of sports, culinary, and associative challenges. In short: a unifying, generous, and hilarious event.
